If you have not received the email that asks you to sign your documents electronically, please make sure you have waited for at least 15 minutes since you made the payment. If it’s been at least 15 minutes, please check your spam and junk folders just in case the email landed there – it does occasionally happen.
Note: Look for an email that says From firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you still can’t find the email, you can access your RentJiffy.com account in 3 easy steps:
- Go to www.rentjiffy.com and click the “Sign In” button in the top right-hand corner.
- If you set up your account by yourself, go to 2a. If you set up your account by phone with RentJiffy, go to 2b.
2a. Enter your username (your account email) and the password you chose when you created your account. If you don’t remember your password, reset it by clicking the Forgot password link (to the right of red Sign In button).
2b. Use the Forgot password link (to the right of red Sign In button) to set a new password.
3. When you are logged in to your account, you will be in the My Account section. Scroll down until you see your transaction. Then, click the red “Sign Electronically” button (to its right).
