What if the official report lists something RentJiffy's notes didn't?

Any item(s) on the official report still needs to be corrected. The DC official report is finalized after the inspection and reviewed by a DOB supervisor, so items can be clarified, added, or removed before it's issued and since RentJiffy's notes are provided after the inspection any changes would not be known to us since the notes are published before the DC report. At the time of this writing DC takes 5 business days and sometimes longer to publish their report. The official report is what the DC inspector works from at the reinspection, so anything listed on it has to be addressed before the property can pass.
