This guide will help you locate and view documents related to your filings completed through our RJ3 system (rj3.rentjiffy.com).
Note: These instructions apply only to filings processed through RJ3, not through our legacy licensing system at rentjiffy.com.
Steps to Access Your Documents
1. Log into Your Account
Navigate to rj3.rentjiffy.com and log in using your account credentials.
2. Navigate to Orders
Once logged in, locate the Orders button on the left-hand side menu and click on it.
3. Find Your Filing
Browse through your orders list to find the specific filing for which you need documents.
4. Access Documents
On the right side of each filing entry, you'll see a View Documents button. Click this button for the filing you're interested in.
5. View Your Client Folder
After clicking View Documents, your client folder will open immediately, displaying all documents related to that specific filing.
What Documents Will I Find?
Your client folder may contain various documents related to your filing, including:
- Property deed
- Basic Business License
- Certificate of occupancy (if applicable)
- Signed documents you completed
- Any additional materials relevant to your filing
All documents that were part of your filing process will be available in this centralized location for easy access whenever you need them.
