In order to obtain or renew a Basic Business License as a rental property provider, landlords must obtain and pass an inspection. This inspection is specific for rental business licenses and must be completed. Any other inspections such as Certificate of Occupancy Zoning Use, Building, Third-Party oversight will not suffice in-lieu of the rental basic business license home inspection.
