How do I change my account email address (username) and/or password?

Use the following instructions to change your RentJiffy.com account email address (username) and/or password:

1. Go to www.rentjiffy.com, and in the top-right corner, click the Sign In button.
2. Enter your current account email and password. (If you’ve forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password link to reset your password).
3. Once you are logged in, you will be on the My Account page. You will see a grey bar in the middle of the screen with two buttons, Orders and Login Info. Click Login Info.
4. You will see the Login screen, which shows your current email address and a blank password field.
1. If you want to change your email address only, simply enter your new email address and your current password.
2. If you want to change your password only, enter your current password where it asks for password, then click the Change Password link. You will be asked to enter the new password, and then type it a second time to confirm it.
3. If you want to change your account email address and password, in the email box replace your current email to the new one you want to use. Then, enter your current password where it asks for password and then click the Change Password button. The screen will drop down to ask you to enter your new password, and then it will drop down again to confirm the password you just entered.
5. Once you have completed your changes, click the red Save Changes button, and you are all set.
