How To Change Your Account Email/Username and/or Password

 

You can easily change your username and password directly from your RentJiffy customer account with these easy steps:

 

  1. Sign in to your account using your existing email/username and password. When going to RentJiffy.com you find the “Sign In” button in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Upon sign-in, you will be automatically directed to the Orders screen. From here look for the grey menu bar that has Personal Information, Login Info, and Orders. Click Login Info.
  3. On the login info screen, you will see your existing account email/username filled in. If you wish to change this email you may do so now and then type your current password to the right. If you wish to also change your password then enter your new password where indicated and then enter it a second time for confirmation. If you do not wish to change your password then do not enter anything in the boxes for a new password. Make sure to click SAVE once complete

 

If you wish to only change your password follow the steps above. During step 3 you do not need to change your email but you will need to enter your current password, enter your new passwords and then click SAVE.

 

You will be all set now!
